Poznań Report: Finalizing event documentation, volunteer surveys, and a short training manual (due in 1 week).
Media & PR: Launching a dedicated Facebook page and publishing official event photos/articles on partner websites.
Lithuania Trip (May 25-26): Delegation sizes and travel logistics officially approved for Poland and Germany.
Finance: Travel reimbursements approved; local funding request processes initiated.
Equipment: Decisions on large equipment purchases postponed to a future meeting.
