Volunteer seminar was held in Poznań, Poland in preparation for the Canoe Sprint World Championships!

Meeting Date: March 12, 2026 Participants: Jarek (meeting/presentation host), Róża, Agata, Jola (joining from Australia), Vincas (partner from Lithuania), Kasia (briefly). Main goal of the meeting: To discuss the scenario, agenda, and division of roles for the upcoming volunteer seminar and workshop in Poznań, Poland.

Participants: Overview: The meeting focused on reorganizing the project following the transfer of coordination to the Lithuanian partners due to EU/funding requirements. The group solidified the timeline for upcoming international events, discussed financial reporting standards, and agreed on communication protocols.
