WP1: Project Management and Coordination


Partners’ Cooperation

Describes how organisational and collaborative decisions are made. It outlines the management structure, partner roles, and procedures for planning, monitoring, and issue resolution. Explains how partners work together in practice through regular meetings, shared tasks, and joint development.

Implementation Progress

Seminar & Workshop in Lithuania

Focus on enhancing the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through sports. Participants learn inclusive strategies, engage in interactive sessions, and gain insights into promoting equality.

Seminar & Workshop in Poland

Focuses on strategies for social inclusion through sports. Local authorities and volunteers are prepared to play crucial roles in promoting inclusivity on the water.

Seminar & Workshop in Germany

Interactive sessions targeted at building community integration and teaching inclusive strategies for sports coaches and volunteers.

Volunteers Workshop (Poland)

Designed to equip volunteers for the World Championships in Inclusive Races. Covers accessibility training, race protocols, and communication skills.

WP3: Inclusive Races & Participation


Inclusive Races in Lithuania

Report on club events including joint exits of the canoeists. The competition on national/regional level involving project participants and local athletes.

Canoe Sprint World Championships

Project participants take part in the highest level sport event in Poznań, demonstrating abilities ensuring diverse participation and a spirit of unity.

Inclusive Races in Germany

Details on local and regional level competitions. In case of bad weather, events are organized on ergometers ensuring continuous participation.

WP4: Dissemination and Promotion


Communication Material

Provides an overview of all communication and dissemination activities carried out. Documents the materials produced, outlines publications, and details the dissemination efforts.

Media Meetings Report

Documentation from media meetings introducing the values of social inclusion through sport, excellence in sport volunteering, as well as EU support acknowledgement.
